The coming days will determine just how narrow a sweeping spending package President Donald Trump will get from Congress next month. Republican leadership on Capitol Hill is hoping to pass swiftly another partisan tax-and-spending bill through the budget reconciliation process that would fund ICE and Border Patrol.
