Hisham Elhaddad, co-founder and managing partner of HOF Capital, joins Scarlet Fu on "Bloomberg Deals." Porsche said it will generate about €1 billion ($1.16 billion) from the sale of its stake in the venture that owns the Bugatti supercar brand. Under the transaction, Porsche fully divested its equity stake in Bugatti Rimac and its 20.6% holding in Rimac Group. Porsche closed the sale to a consortium led by HOF Capital. (Source: Bloomberg)
